Subcription services

Repair discounts included in membership plans apply to labor only. Parts and materials required for repairs are not included in the discount and will be billed at standard rates. 

Members receive priority scheduling for seasonal services such as spring activation and fall winterization. Rustic Roots Montana will contact members each season to schedule service at a convenient time whenever possible.

Priority scheduling means members are scheduled before non-members when availability is limited, particularly during peak seasonal periods.

Membership plans are billed annually and are intended to cover services throughout the irrigation season. Members may cancel their plan at any time.

If services included in the plan have already been performed, the standard service value of those services will be deducted from any potential refund.

Refunds will be calculated based on the remaining unused portion of the membership, minus the standard service cost of any services already completed.

For example, if seasonal activation or winterization services have already been performed, those services will be deducted at their normal service rate before calculating any remaining refund.

This ensures customers only pay for services already provided.

Membership plans renew annually. Pricing may be adjusted from year to year to reflect changes in operating costs.

Members will be notified of any updated pricing prior to renewal and will have the option to renew at the new rate or cancel their membership.

Membership plans are designed for typical residential irrigation systems up to 12 zones within our standard service area.

Properties with larger irrigation systems, multiple controllers, or commercial properties may require custom membership pricing due to the additional time required to service those systems.

Additional zones may be serviced for an additional fee.
